  3. Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and acquire new clients who are interested in buying or selling businesses. This may involve conducting market research, identifying potential targets, and presenting Winthrop Capital’s services to these individuals and businesses.
  4. Client Relationship Management: Once clients are acquired, the Managing Partner must maintain strong relationships with them. This includes understanding their needs, providing expert guidance, and delivering the appropriate financial solutions tailored to their specific situations.
  5. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analyses of potential business acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation assessments, and risk evaluations. Provide clients with accurate and insightful information to help them make informed decisions.
